We have 2 modern, detached buildings, The Lodge & The Bungalow, for student accommodation, in a quiet, rural location with lovely views over the countryside and woodland.
Each building consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large open plan kitchen living room and a separate hallway. It has oil fired central heating and is furnished to a high standard.
The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, dining table and chairs.
The living area has a flat screen TV, leather sofa, chair and footstool, coffee table, side table and Super Fast Fibre Broadband.
The bedrooms all have laminate floors, built in lockable wardrobes, desk, chair, bedside chest of drawers, bookcase and large wall mirror.
The bathrooms all have Mira showers and storage cabinets.
Other benefits include good parking facilities well lit with security lighting on a sensor and a south facing patio, ideal for BBQs.

Safety
The students safety is very important to us, to help with this we have:
- The bungalow is covered with a electrically linked heat sensor and smoke detectors, along with fire doors in all rooms.
- A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located in the kitchen.
- Boiler serviced every year.
- Electrical contractors certificate.
Cost
- Student Accommodation Cost from TBC.
- Utility bills are included (within reasonable use).
- 10 month tenancy – Short Hold Tenancy Agreement – A Parent/Guardian will be asked to sign as guarantor for their son/daughter or dependant.

Accreditations
Fit to Rent is a voluntary service for landlords in the county which recognises good quality, well managed private lettings. Its aim is to encourage good practice in the private rented market by giving approval to landlords that meet certain property standards.
The Deposit Protection Service is for all assured shorthold tenancies in England and Wales where a deposit is taken. All deposits paid should be protected within 14 calendar days of receipt by the landlord.
